1. What this covers

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet. This policy covers money paid through the RentLao platform. It does not cover payments made directly between a tenant, an owner and a broker outside the platform, which we have no record of and cannot reverse.

2. Rent payments

Rent collected through the platform is passed on to the owner and the broker according to the arrangement recorded for that property. Once a payment has been split and paid out, it cannot be reversed from the platform, and any adjustment is a matter between the parties. 3. Security deposits

Security deposits are currently handled by RentLao Operations rather than automatically. The amount, its receipt, and its return at the end of a tenancy are recorded on the platform, and any deduction is agreed between the tenant and the owner. 4. Site visits

5. How to request a refund

Contact us with your registered mobile number, the payment reference, and what you are asking for. If your request concerns your personal information rather than money, use the Grievance officer route instead.

6. How long it takes
